Before moving to Ireland in 1999, I had only ever been to Kerry. It’s the birthplace of my father and one of the most beautiful places I’ve been on planet Earth. But it’s not just Kerry. The Emerald Island is truly spectacular and a day rarely goes by when I’m on its soil that I’m not whipping out my camera to try and capture the play of light on the trees or water or the elegance of meadows dotted with cows and sheep, the glorious spring flowers and the regal ruins of towers, churches, castles, and old ancient stone walls.
When it comes to the display of nature, Ireland has no bad angles.
